Radwa is a senior HR expert, with over two decades of experience in the field, working in multinational environments across diverse sectors. She held executive HR positions in global hospitality chains, and drawing from this background, she seamlessly extended her skills to support businesses in establishing HR units and foundations. Radwa focuses on conducting transformation activities and excels as an organisational development expert. Her comprehensive knowledge spans the entire employee journey, showcasing future-ready HR skills. 

Radwa's impactful career includes key achievements such as the successful restructuring of a large manufacturing group. She has led management transformation, rebuilding HR functions to align with international standards and designing and deploying performance management systems, leading to a substantial increase in the group's annual gross revenue by 300%.

Her commitment to community service is evident in the "Equal Opportunity for Life Project," where Radwa received the HR Best Practice Award from Starwood Hotels & Resorts Co. She established training centres, providing employment opportunities for young adults with mental disabilities. Additionally, Radwa initiated community awareness initiatives with GIZ, producing documentary films integrated into the curriculum of hotel & tourism schools nationwide.  

In 2019, Radwa founded "Talents Fit" company for HR Services & Consultancy and a specialised recruitment agency. She employs innovative approaches to identify top talents, particularly in hospitality, retail, media, digital marketing, IT engineering, education, and people with special abilities. 

As an instructor, Radwa shares her expertise through various courses, exemplifying her commitment to excellence, community service, and continuous learning. 

Radwa holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from the American University in Cairo. She continues to enhance her expertise through education and specialisation. She achieved SPHRi certification (Senior Professional HR International), cementing her knowledge in all HR disciplines and her understanding of business issues beyond the HR function.
