Having faced the challenges of transitioning into the workforce, she empathises with todays university graduates and provides invaluable guidance and support as a mentor. Her recent achievement in reaching the finals of the "Philips Experience Service Design" competition, where she focused on gig workers' financial well-being, seamlessly aligns with her role as a Design Thinking facilitator.
