As a designer, Viola has a uniquely diverse background and heritage prevalent in everything she does. Her creative identity stems from a generational passion for design and an artistic background consisting of physical work. The global outlook she has gained allows her to embrace design as a universal language rather than look at it solely through one lens. Further, prompting her to diversify and decolonize design within her practice with accessibility and inclusivity in mind. Viola’s experience in leading projects and collaborating with both established and emerging companies informs her professional ambition and creative enthusiasm. 

Her experience extends into supporting consultants in several countries, coordinating design sprint events and preparing research materials for business coaches.

Viola excels across both physical and digital outputs of design with notable projects involving packaging, editorial, graphic and learning design. Her expertise in bridging the gap between business objectives and visual communication is further refined by her previous roles as a social media manager and managing editor. 

As a Creative Designer, she has successfully conceptualized and developed design concepts for diverse clients, moving projects from initial ideation to effective design solutions. 

Viola's career is marked by significant achievements including working with Coventry City Football Club to execute matchday asset preparation and visual content consistent with brand guidelines. She effectively coordinated with marketing and communication teams to ensure design outcomes meet campaign objectives to a high-quality standard within a professional, fast-paced and dynamic work environment.

She has obtained an International Diploma in Business Management, Arts, and Environmental Sciences, to name a few. Currently, she is pursuing her Bachelor of Arts with Honours in Graphic Design.
